Ingredients

 

40g shelled hemp seeds

50g almond butter (or peanut butter)

20g dried coconut, plus extra for coating

2 tbs maple syrup

pinch of salt

Directions

    • Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well combined.
    • Roll the mixture into 2cm diameter balls then roll the balls in additional dried coconut to coat.
    • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
