Peri-Menopause
The menopause transition or perimenopause means “around menopause”. These are the years leading up to menopause, and it’s the bookend to puberty – the other stage in our life when hormones are fluctuating.
Menopause
Menopause literally means “end of monthly cycles” in Greek. It’s a moment in time when you haven’t had a period for 12 months, after which you are post-menopause. The average age is 51.
Thyroid
The thyroid hormone affects every cell and all the organs in your body by regulating the rate at which your body uses energy. Optimal thyroid health can make you feel better and function better.
Gut Microbiome
